Configuring Your Hotmail Spam Settings
Since Bell and Sympatico use Hotmail to handle their email, the same advice on how to configure spam settings applies to both service providers. When subscribers add the "Living in Truth" email address <contact@livingintruth.ca> to both their "Safe Mailing Lists" list and their "Safe Senders" list, their emails have been delivered ever since.

To find your missing emails, do this:

  1. Login to your Hotmail account at www.hotmail.com with your email address and password.
  2. Click on "Inbox" and a list will come up.
  3. Click on "Junk". A list of junk mail will appear and it will include the "Living in Truth" emails.
  4. Check the box beside each email.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the junk mail list where a list of options will appear across the bottom.
  6. Click on "Not Junk". The email will be removed from the junk mail list and come into your inbox.

To make sure that you have the "Living in Truth" email addresses on both your safe address lists, do this:

  1. Login to your Hotmail account at www.hotmail.com with your email address and password.
  2. Click on Options>More options (top right).
  3. Under the section "Junk email", click on "Safe and blocked senders".
  4. Click on "Safe Mailing Lists".
  5. Type <contact@livingintruth.ca> in the box and click the "Add to list" button.
  6. Go back to the the same "Safe and blocked senders", and click on "Safe Senders".
  7. Type <contact@livingintruth.ca> in the box and click the "Add to list" button.

These steps should allow your emails to come straight through.

If this advice does not solve the problem, you should telephone your Internet Service Provider's Technical Support line.
